Excellent customer service
I had the pleasure of working with Christian throughout the entire process. This was my first time ordering merchandise for our small company, and Christian was incredibly helpful from the moment I made the initial inquiry until the order was finalised.
A sample pack featuring our company logo was sent promptly after my inquiry, and Christian consistently checked in to see if I needed any assistance. I ended up ordering Merchandise Packs and Polo Shirts, and they turned out fantastic! The order was delivered on time, and I’m extremely pleased with the results.

The service was quick and responsive
The service was quick and responsive, from quotation and then receiving samples of some of the products that we were looking at. This helped to make my decision not only in purchasing, but increasing the order by another 150, as the metal water bottle that we opted for, was really good quality and we got many compliments regarding them. Staff were quick to respond with any queries.

James was awesome and so helpful, literally from the first email I sent and then the one I received back, all comms and instructions were clear as day.
I was very impressed as we had never spoken in person or even via email before, and then as soon as I sent that first email, boom the process started, it was so easy and clear.
He didn't ask me to looking at other products or anything, wasn't pushy at all, just gave me the answers I wanted, and keep the communication up from the start.
As soon as the drink bottles turned up, I received an email asking if I was satisfied with the product that I ordered and I was, I was more then happy, and so was my co workers, especially with the engraving.
If I ever managed a Sales team, id honestly try to poach him, you have a good Sales Rep, quality over quantity! Ill be recommending him to my other co Managers here at Alsco. Good service, definitely worth a five start review and my time of day to write this :)
